Day-to-day tasks:
- Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise applications and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Advise clients on best practices and opportunities for system improvement.
- Maintain and update documentation and knowledge bases to empower both clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to incident and change management processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Stay curious and continuously learn, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in developing OutSystems applications.
- A customer-focused mindset, always striving to deliver value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Nice to haves:
- Speaking Dutch (spoken and written).
- Experience in support roles.
- Familiarity with Jira.
- Availability for on-call standby outside business hours.
