Holland Casino already worked with a visitor registration system for years, but it needed an overall redesign and modernization to effectively handle high traffic. Product League built a new system to shorten the queues and make it easier for customers to enter the casino during busy times.
Smooth registration process
When a guest enters Holland Casino, a security alert is triggered in the registration system. The cashier then enters the guest's details into the system and scans their ID. The guest also has the option to apply for a loyalty card. Based on the guest's selection, they will either receive a regular day ticket printed by the ticket printer or a loyalty card printed by the card printer. The entire registration process runs smoothly and without interruption.

Fast-lane app
To reduce wait times, a fast-lane app was introduced. The app quickly reads cards by swiping or scanning a QR-code to identify the guest and verify their eligibility for entry. To encourage adoption by loyalty card holders during peak hours, the app was initially built as an extension of the outdated visitor registration system. However, the app is designed to seamlessly transition to the new registration system in the future.

Better experience
The new registration system allows the staff at Holland Casino to greet every visitor with a smile and streamline the onboarding process. It also provides advantages like more efficient training for new staff and the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs. The cashier’s job has become much easier thanks to an intuitive workflow.
