Croonwolter&dros is a technical services provider responsible for the installation and maintenance of building-bound systems such as climate installations, boilers and electrical engineering.
Problem statement
Employees who calculate maintenance contracts work with complex calculations in which installations, maintenance times and costs come together.
This way of working had long relied on Excel. Because everyone used their own method, this led to fragmentation, error-proneness and little overview of ongoing calculations. There was also a need for a better overview.
Our solution
Together with users and stakeholders we developed a central application that digitalises and standardises the calculation process for maintenance.
Employees can import equipment lists or add them manually, check installations and adjust maintenance times based on the specific situation in the building. This allows them to build up maintenance calculations in a structured way and generate a substantiated quote for multi-year maintenance contracts.
The application aligns with the existing working methods of users, allowing them to work intuitively with the system while complex calculations become easier to build and oversee.
