About the role
You’ll drive growth by building and nurturing trusted client relationships: from first introduction to long-term partnership. Most of your opportunities will come from our marketing activities or our external call agency. Together with our Sales Director, you’ll identify new opportunities within those leads, shape proposals, and translate complex challenges into clear, valuable digital solutions, often built on low-code technology and the OutSystems platform.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with new leads generated from our marketing efforts and partner network, meeting with prospects and clients, and collaborating closely with our delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity to project. You’ll also work with marketing and our Sales Director to spark new initiatives: from webinars to partner campaigns, that help us connect with the right audiences. You’ll move between different rhythms: from long lead-to-deal cycles of six to nine months to shorter cycles focused on selling Expert Services or Consultancy engagements. And it’s that variety that keeps you energized.
This role combines strategy and execution: understanding client needs, framing value, and crafting tailored proposals that turn interest into long-term partnerships. You don’t need to know it all from day one: what matters most is your initiative. You’ll have the freedom to propose new ways of reaching our audience, from digital campaigns to event concepts, and grow alongside a team that values collaboration over hierarchy.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial or client-facing role, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital consultancy
- A good sense for spotting opportunities and turning early interest into concrete conversations
- Strong communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders and connect business value to technology outcomes
- A self-starter mindset: proactive, curious, and comfortable exploring new ideas
- Fluent in English and Dutch
