When Intratuin, the largest supplier of gardening products in the Benelux, decided it wanted to modernize and scale its application landscape, Identity and Access Management (IAM) was one of its first focus areas.
Agile development
What used to be a time-consuming process is now much more efficient. With over 5,000 requests submitted annually in various formats, the process was slow and prone to errors. Manual work was required, and the many different applications in use led to unnecessary licensing costs. By working in an agile, close collaboration with Intratuin, we developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in just two weeks. In only three months, we launched the initial version of the IAM app, streamlining the entire process and significantly reducing costs.

Granting access quickly
The new application simplifies and speeds up the access management process. For apps with an API, access can even be granted automatically. While older apps still require manual access, everything is now managed in one place. Both store managers and HQ can easily grant or deny access as needed. With modernized access management in place, they can focus more on their day-to-day operations without the hassle of managing permissions.
