Digital Accessibility

Essential for some, useful for everyone: an accessible product also helps people in bright sunlight or holding a child. Since the European Accessibility Act, it's also mandatory. We help you meet the standard and build a better experience for all your users.

Why Digital Accessibility?

Why Digital Accessibility?

Accessibility isn't a nice-to-have, it's an opportunity and by now also an obligation. Getting it right pays off on multiple fronts:

  • You comply with the European Accessibility Act, which requires WCAG 2.2 Level AA from 28 June 2025 for many B2C products.
  • You reach a bigger audience, because more people can use your product well.
  • You strengthen your brand reputation by showing you take inclusion seriously.
  • You improve your SEO, since accessible design is often also more discoverable.

Our approach

Accessibility starts with knowing where you stand. That's where we start.

We run an accessibility scan on your website or application and test it against the WCAG standards: is your content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust? Think alt text, colour contrast, keyboard navigation and error messages that make sense. We map out where it's falling short, prioritise by impact and deliver a concrete action plan. Where you want, we also help with the follow-up, so you don't just know what needs to happen, but get it done too.

We keep it practical: even small adjustments often already make a big difference.

FAQ

  • What is the European Accessibility Act?

A European law that requires many digital B2C products and services to meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 Level AA), starting 28 June 2025. Think e-commerce, banking, passenger transport and digital media.

  • Does this apply to my organisation too?

That depends on your sector and the type of product. In the scan we look at whether and to what extent the EAA applies to you, so you know exactly where you stand.

  • Do you also help with fixing issues, or only with scanning?

Both are possible. The scan shows where it's falling short. Want to also work on the follow-up? Then we can help implement the improvements.
