This privacy statement describes how Product League complies with relevant data protection regulations. We protect the personal data of customers and other stakeholders in accordance with all applicable regulations to the best of our ability. What data do we collect?
Our core business is developing and managing OutSystems applications and infrastructure. From customers, prospects, suppliers and people who write or email us, we collect contact information, contract documentation and communication records such as email.
What do we do with your data?
We process customer data to test the functionality of the OutSystems applications we develop and manage. We do not host our clients' customer data, but we may have access to it. We do not make copies of customer data and we do not sell data to other parties. Data is shared only where required by law or necessary to deliver our services.
How is your data protected?
We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption of storage on laptops, encrypted backups, role-based access control, and anonymized test data in non-production environments, in line with applicable legislation.
Who has access to your data?
Access is limited to HR administration staff, relevant managers, and third-party service providers bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Sharing with third parties
We disclose personal data only when there is a legal obligation or court decision, in the event of a company transfer, or to third parties providing services under a processing agreement. Where feasible, we provide advance notice.
Your rights
You may request to view, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, or transfer your data. To exercise these rights, contact info@product-league.com.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we use your personal data, contact us at info@product-league.com. You may also escalate to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the relevant supervisory authority in your country.
