The existing applications were technically unstable and insufficiently aligned with real-world practice. This led to manual work, inefficiency and limited scalability. With the ambition to grow to 15,000 growers, structural professionalisation wasn't optional, it was a requirement.
Our solution
We started with a technical analysis of the entire application landscape and realigned architecture, processes and user flows with day-to-day operations.
The supplier portal was simplified with clear step-by-step flows and a low-threshold registration process. Growers can now create an account faster and immediately start using the service.
We redesigned processes to increase automation. As a result, the platform has become more stable and scalable for the future.
