Our Certifications
As a partner processing sensitive customer and end-user data every day, our ISO and ISAE certifications show that security, quality and reliability are central to everything we do.

Why certifications matter to our clients
As a company working with customer and end-user data, it's essential for us to be a proven reliable, secure and trusted partner. We also want both our own operations and outsourced activities to run smoothly and efficiently, so we keep both our clients and employees satisfied. We hold the most important certifications.

ISO 27001 (2015) Information Security Management
In the digital world, information security is crucial. As an IT company, we process sensitive customer and end-user data every day. With the ISO 27001 (2013) certification, we demonstrate that we meet the highest standards in information security.
For our clients, this means:
- Reliability – You can trust that your data is safe.
- Protection against cyber threats – We apply strict security measures to prevent data breaches and attacks.
- Compliance with laws and regulations – Our processes align with international security standards and privacy legislation such as the GDPR.
- Continuity and risk management – We minimise risks and make sure systems remain available at all times.
With ISO 27001, we prove that security isn't an afterthought, but an essential part of our service.
Data security
Data security is an essential condition for delivering high-quality, reliable services and products. Today, every organisation is connected to the internet, and more and more information is stored and exchanged digitally. That's why it's crucial, and highly important to us, to properly secure data. With this certification, you're assured that your data is safe.
ISMS
Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) work according to the CIA principles: Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information. These principles are built into the procedures and the overall management structure of our organisation. Information security is factored into the design of our processes, information systems and controls. This gives our stakeholders confidence that risks are managed adequately.
Access control
As mentioned, this certification stands for confidentiality, meaning our clients' data is kept private and secure, in line with applicable legislation. Only authorised individuals have access to specific resources, while unauthorised access is actively prevented.
Untouched data
With integrity, we ensure that the data authorised individuals access is accurate, authentic, correct, reliable and untampered with. Data in use, in transit and at rest are all protected.
Systems are always operational
Beyond reliability, businesses can count on the application or system they use being available at all times and working at the highest possible quality, thanks to a continuous improvement process. Both ISO certifications are based on the plan-do-check-act methodology, a structured approach to continuously improving processes. These four steps form an ongoing cycle within the organisation, keeping us flexible and responsive to new developments.

ISO 9001 (2015) Quality Management
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS) and by far the best-known standard in the world. The ISO 9001 certification is used to assess whether an organisation meets international requirements for quality management.
The continuous improvement and optimisation of our processes ensures more efficient collaboration with our clients. Beyond reliability, businesses can count on the applications or systems they use being available at all times and of the highest possible quality, thanks to an ongoing improvement process.
ISO 9001 offers a process-oriented approach for recording and assessing the structure, responsibilities and processes needed to achieve effective quality management within an organisation. Seven different aspects are considered when assessing effective quality management, all equally important in our pursuit of optimisation to serve our clients. All internal management improvements have a positive effect on the results of the work we deliver. As processes and communication become more efficient, we make sure we have the right people in the right place with the necessary knowledge. Combining these seven aspects leads to the best possible outcomes for both our clients and our employees.

ISAE 3402 type 02
To make sure all these activities are properly managed, we've established our ISAE 3402 report. This is a globally recognised standard for outsourcing providers, issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB). It's widely accepted as proof that we have our information security fully under control.
The standard describes how risk management should be structured and how risk management systems should be effectively monitored. This ensures that key aspects such as risk management, privacy, information security and continuity are properly managed.
