Smooth communication

PLUS needed a solution for seamless communication and centralised information, with strict GDPR compliance to ensure secure data exchange. This is exactly what we're good at! We started by analysing the needs of store employees and developed a smartphone app with key features such as private and group chat, a social timeline, shift takeover and holiday requests. To simplify back-office tasks for store managers, we also created a web solution.

Designed to scale

Before the solution was fully rolled out, we tested it in a number of pilot stores to gather feedback and make sure it met employees' needs. Although the solution was designed to be scalable from the start, we only rolled it out to other stores, head office and the distribution centres once we were confident it would effectively support employees.
