The Challenge
Dispatch control at COOP's distribution centres ran through a time-consuming, error-prone process. Without a mobile solution matching employees' daily practice, it was difficult to make this process more efficient.
Our Approach
Product League carried out extensive UX research among employees in the distribution centres, and developed a mobile app for the Zebra TC57 based on it, specifically tailored to the dispatch control work process.

The new mobile solution has been rolled out in 2 of COOP's distribution centres and makes the dispatch control work process significantly more efficient. Because the app was built on extensive UX research, it matches employees' daily practice seamlessly.
