New recruitment app Spotter
We developed an app that combines low-code, machine learning and artificial intelligence to quickly and efficiently match candidates from Randstad's databases with current vacancies. With a single click, 40 variables are considered to find the perfect match. We achieved an overall optimised recruitment process, increased use of their own database, and more redeployment of existing employees. All of this is designed to deliver the best matches between talent and vacancies, without losing the human touch.
