The Challenge
Purchasing store inventory is a critical process for Intratuin: without a working order system, supply to 60 stores across the Benelux would stall. The existing system lacked a modular setup, making changes slow and scaling to more stores and users difficult.
Our Approach
Product League developed a modular purchasing system on OutSystems, built from separate, reusable components. The solution consists of a web application and a mobile handheld app, so employees can work both from the office and on the shop floor. This allowed a working MVP to be delivered at high pace, and tested and refined directly with store employees from day-to-day practice.

The new purchasing system is now used daily by 300+ store users, spread across 60 stores in the Benelux. Thanks to its modular setup, the system can easily grow along with new stores, users and requirements from the organisation.
