Collaborating closely with Coop’s store managers, domain experts, and SAP/ABAP consultants, we gathered valuable insights. Within just three months, we identified seven key processes, consolidated them into one platform, and launched a pilot. Our agile product team worked hand-in-hand with store teams to measure, learn, and continuously improve the solution.
