Challenge
Heineken decided to create a Center of Excellence revolving around the OutSystems platform. Product League was an instrumental part of a 10-week taskforce to help shape this Center of Excellence. Our advise and guidance in this project was based on our Expert Services that offer our clients top-notch knowledge from our most senior professionals and OutSystems MVP’s.
The goal of this Center is to create a framework for Heineken international, that can help IT and Business departments to shape their ideas for new projects, kick-start them with the right alignment, and assess them within the possibilities of the OutSystems platform.
Solution
We were involved in the discovery and consolidation of the requirements of many of the Heineken GIS departments, from data security to UX/UI design, from infrastructure to integration, to enterprise-wide architectural requirements.
We then produced the documentation that mapped these matters to OutSystems concepts and cross-referenced them to OutSystems best-practises, with a view to advising not just the multi-disciplinary team at the Center, but also the project teams that will work under its framework.
This Center will enable Heineken international to manage all their efforts in working with the OutSystems platform to benefit the most from it.
