Who are you

Our agile driven teams are constantly developing and designing solutions for our customers. Naturally, our customers have a lot of questions before, during and after the process. That is were you come in! As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide a steady flow of information and structure to all kinds of IT related questions. Like a spider in a web, you know exactly how every thread is connected to another. Furthermore, you will be responsible for further optimizing our internal IT procedures. Think about hardware, software, privacy and protection.

What we ask of you

  • Have 1-3 years of working experience in support using software applications.
  • Be customer and result oriented
  • Have good problem solving skills, and able to work under pressure
  • Be good at maintaining overview
  • Be skilled at Dutch and English, in writing and speaking.

And it would be nice if you also have:

  • Experience with ServiceDesk
  • Worked in an IT environment/business before
  • A bit of knowledge about or experience with OutSystems
