New recruitment app Spotter
We created an app that combines low-code, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to quickly and efficiently match candidates from Randstad’s databases with current vacancies. In one click 40 variables are considered to find the perfect match. We were able to achieve an overall optimized recruitment process, an increased use of their own database and more rehiring of current employees. All of this is done to provide the best matches between talents and vacancies, without losing the human touch.

Intermediaries are now more efficient and effective thanks to Spotter. Key statistics show a 30% decrease in time spent matching talent to vacancies and a 60% increase in finding the most suitable candidates within their own talent pool. Spotter is currently Randstad's most widely used application.
